If you have shopped for any kind of appliance in the last few years, you’ve probably noticed that there have been some stunning changes in looks, functions, and, of course, costs. As a service technician, I have some difficulty staying on top of these changes because, although we are supposed to be able to fix these apparatuses, there is often a lack of training available for us to enable us to provide the service the end user ultimately requires.
